Game Name: Shadow Rising

Description: Follow our hero Kai as he fights and slashes his way through hoards of demons in this fantastic side scrolling adventure.
Features voice acting, hand painted backgrounds and a very intricate upgrade system.

You take the role of the Demon Hunter Kai in his quest to rescue his fiance Hana who was stolen away by the demons.
Will his mysterious powers be enough to battle his way into the forbidden demon lands, or will he arrive too late.

Instructions:
Use the mouse to move, left mouse button to attack and keyboard to reach the menus.
Fire: Left mouse.
Jump: Space.
Movement: Mouse.

Controls:
Click to attack (multiple clicks to combo).
Click and Hold to perform special attack.
Click Drag to perform finisher.
Space to Jump.
Mouse to direct (or keys).

Use character menu to equip specials and finishers.
Use character menu to assign attribute and talent points.

Developer info:
Rich background art and character animation, varied creatures and battle system, to the 50 page background story, character bios and world description.
Flash games did not need to be small and simple.
The game was developed over around eight months with a revolving team of programmers and artists.
